| Reflecting on our Year Together...
September 1, 2008. The scent of fresh paint and polyurethane filled a large empty office of but two employees at the far end of my home. Quickbooks displayed a clean ledger alongside a client roster totaling 7 Shluchim. Opportunity knocked and we answered. I vividly remember the sense of pride and accomplishment that day, gratified to have finally reached my destination. Or so I thought. Little did I know it was only a beginning of what was about to unfold.
September 1, 2009. The sound of ringing phones amidst beeping blackberries and ticking time clocks. The buzz of Kingston Avenue activity beneath our new office competes with the energy and enthusiasm permeating our cubicles. A dynamic team of ten puts their talent and skill to work for 58 Shluchim and mosdos worldwide. It is an awesome responsibility we don’t take lightly, and a great privilege to play an important role in maximizing the effectiveness of your mosad.
It has been 12 wonderful months since we committed to serve, to enhance, to facilitate. As we reflect on our challenging yet meaningful and joyful first year, we feel a debt of gratitude to our clients, the Shluchim. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for the empowerment. Thank you for the honor of being a part of your holy work and allowing us to share in your success.
In true Chabad sprit, we recognize that our past achievements are only a stepping stone for reaching greater heights. We are actively pursuing new opportunities with the goal of expanding our services to benefit your mosad and enhancing communication between your team and ours (details below).

- PORTFOLIO
We heard you! Raizel is working alongside our web developer, Jason, to post our complete portfolio online so that you can easily view our entire resource of existing designs, emails, webpages, writing samples and a whole lot more!
- PROJECT TICKET SYSTEM
Who's who? Who does what? We know it's confusing. We're therefore implementing a project ticket system similar to that of Spotlight Design, MyChabad.org, ChabadFlyers etc. This will serve as the central location to track all your completed and open projects and monitor the progress.
- NEW WEBSITE
We are unveiling a new website which will include many new features to keep you informed and in the loop. The website is currently in development and we welcome your input and suggestions.
- FIND US ON FACEBOOK
Stay connected with us. Become our fan on Facebook to get up to the minute news on the latest designs we're rolling out and pages being posted to our client websites (i.e. membership forms, high holiday mini-sites, mitzvah for clunkers etc). We will also be posting updates, and quick notifications you're relying upon.
- EXPANDED GLOBAL TEAM
We've employed the services and talent of experts worldwide: from a writer in Australia and Programmer in India, to a layout artist in Israel and a web developer in England. Our goal in developing a relationship with these committed professionals is to offer additional services we were not previously equipped to handle. Moreso, working with multiple timezones allows us to turn around a project literally overnight when the pressure is on.
- INCREASED SPEED
Each workstation will soon be outfitted with TWO 22" screens to further increase the speed at which we handle your projects. This will minimize the time spent switching between necessary programs, i.e. your email instructions will be displayed on one screen while we implement on the second, just one example of the many great advantages which results in increased productivity within a shorter span of time. Your bottom line is our trop priority.
- NEW SERVICE: SEO [Search Engine Optimization]
Our team has completed training offered by a Google Optimization Expert who spent a significant amount time in our office teaching us the do's and don't's of SEO and the various tricks of the trade. We plan to avail you of this new service shortly.
- NEW SERVICE: GOOGLE APPS SETUP
Streamline your mosad's email setup by transferring mismatched email accounts such as verizon, optonline, gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. to ONE central location @yourownwebsite.com.
- NEW SERVICE: CUSTOM PROGRAMMING for FORMS
Whether it's auto-totaling forms or denying submission of false email addresses, we have your advanced programming needs covered. As usual we can also help get authorize.net configured for all your forms.
